Any chance of that elven version getting made at some point, preferably both version? The sheer version is quite lovely as a pyjamas, very nice to look at, and I actually think the solid version makes for an awesome uniform in general, and not just as a pyjamas, while being equally lovely, I can definitely see my character going to a galla wearing that. :-)
I am not sure. I wish I could add a poll or something to gauge interest in it. If I did I'd probably make the solid version. And probably tweak something for each race to try and make it more unique.
if you did, it would be absolutely awesome! if it helps for interest, i posted a link to this mod on my tumblr and several people were interested, but they didn't have human inquisitors so they couldn't get it
Once it's in, you don't have to do anything. It replaces the default human textures for the female pajamas. To see if its working you can take off your armor if you're in the world or in Haven, or if you've unlocked Skyhold, you can go there and it will automatically show.
In the mod manager order make sure its below the Official Patch. You need to have mod manager version .48 or higher.
Make sure the merged file is in the right place. It needs to be in a folder you've created inside of the 'Update' folder of your game directory named 'merged'. You need to save the patch inside of that.
I'm sorry it's still not working for you. If you want, you can PM me and I can help more. Did you have any problems merging the patch? No errors or anything?
If you've patched to the latest we need to wait till mod manager has been updated.
You got really unlucky with timing for modding, my friend. Currently there is a workaround that will let you play with patch 5: http://ar-lath-ma-vhenan.tumblr.com/post/112655913845/how-to-run-mods-with-patch-5-1-copy-the-patch-5
Or you can wait til a update is found for the mod manager.
And you know the funny thing was I did that last, as more of an afterthought. I was surprised by how good it looked. It actually became one of my favorites.
Looks great. Q> Which version of the modmanager is this created for? Are the mods in daimod format? 0.47+ solve the blurring issue that mods were having and DAI Modding Tool v1.26 allows for seamless updating of the mods to the new format without having to rebuild the mods. (just in case you were not aware )
They are not in .daimod format. They're the 'old' way I guess you could say. Zip files with the patch in them.
I remember reading that another version was in the works, but I haven't checked the site for a few days. Thanks for letting me know! I've downloaded it and I'll see about getting the files in the newest format.
EDIT: I've added one zip with all of the files in DAIMod format. The site doesn't recognize .daimod as a valid upload file so I'll have to rezip each file and upload it again (wish we had a bulk uploader here!) but for now, they're there. And then tomorrow...time to update my other mods. ^^
Strangely the new daimod format version seems to be blurred?? Not sure why as the older first version is fine. 0.47+ was supposed to remove the blurring issues. Just a heads-up for you.
Alright, was informed by the mod gods that they are supposed to be that way because the mip mapping was fixed. This will make mods friendlier for lower settings, since they load the right levels.
I don't actually like how they look through, so I am going to see if I can make my mips look better. In the meantime, the files here are still old versions.

will you be making this outfit for the other races? like elves or qunari?

Qunari: http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/264/?
Just elves next. I should give males some love but I rarely play them.
Cheers, endorsed
Let me know if you have any problems.
