I wouldn't make it as large as 90 percent, maybe something like 50 to make it more realistic. If I were a modder I would make three versions. Something that reduces it by 25 percent, 50 percent and 90 percent, which you already made.
I would suggest someone make it configurable via the mod manager. I will if no-one else gets to it. Should be possible to add a new variable to the script EBX and have it configurable there, otherwise u would need to recompile the script thru the mod manager which I dont think is a good idea.
A user configurable version sounds fantastic. Love the idea of this mod but 90% reduction is a bit too much for me to use this. Nice idea for a mod though.
