Open the Documents folder on your computer (C:\Users\User\Documents)
Open the BioWare>Dragon Age Inquisition> Save folders
plop my save there
Launch the game, switch character to The Collector
Load up the game and activate the Golden Nug
Activate the Nug on any other save you have to obtain everything you are missing
