    Update September 12th 2022:

Removing that unused texture in the daimod version seems to have solved most of its texture issues with other mods. If you're comfortable using both FMM and DAIMM and are having issues with the Frosty version, I'd suggest just using the new daimod version of my mod, for optimal compatibility.

    Update September 11th 2022:

Uploaded a compatibility version under "Optional Files". These textures may become pixelated for, like, 1 second when they're first loading, but they go back to normal super quickly. Use instead of any of the main versions if you're having issues with other mods and this one. It might not fix all of them, but a few Skyhold environmental changes and retextures, along with some armor/outfit mesh edits seem to be working fine so far.

I also found that, if you use CaffeinePainter's Spring In Thedas + Dmitrias' Qunari Horns along with my fbmod leather textures, Frosty won't launch the game properly. Those two mods don't conflict when used individually + my mod, but the two of them together + my mod do. Just another conflict to look out for. Will keep this sticky post updated as I try new things out, including possible solutions/fixes.

    Update September 10th 2022:

I'm back! I've been trying to fix whatever the issue with the Frosty version of this mod and armor/outfit swaps & mesh edits is, but I've had no luck so far. It's actually mostly the leather textures that seem to be incompatible with certain mods. Apparently, they (the leathers) also don't like Skyhold changes like Spring In Thedas, Northern Lights or even All Souls Day, and I genuinely have no idea why?? It's really discouraging to put time and effort into this mod and then see it have so many issues with other retextures for no apparent reason, so, if anyone has any idea how to solve this, please, let me know. Right now the solution i found is to use solely the cloth file, if you want to also use those other mods.

    OR

You can use the cloth file in Frosty (ideally the compatibility version mentioned above) and load the leathers through DAIMM. That seems to solve about 99% of the issues with this mod.

In the meantime, I've uploaded a new version for Frosty that finally has cloth and leather in 2 separate files, so you can mix with other modders' creations more freely. Might make some new patterns in the future, possibly even try to create a fix for Dorian's Trespasser texture edit, we'll see.

    September 5th 2020:

I'm replaying Trespasser (again) and I've realized that my versions of Dorian's outfit pattern aren't working with the latest Frosty. The screenshots I posted were taken with Frosty Editor 1.0.4.5, and they were working fine with that version. Unfortunately, there's no fix for this issue yet :(

Letting everyone who's downloaded it know, so you don't think it's a problem on your end! Sorry for the inconvenience.

I LOVE the look of these textures, but I cannot for the life of me get them to work. I've tried every version (frosty, compatibility, DAIMOD, individual files), I've turned off every single other mod, deleted the modpack folder, reinstalled the entire game, and yet nothing has worked. I'm at a loss, help :(
Edit: I figured out that it was because it doesn't work with some dlc stuff and I was only checking the textures on the armor I was wearing (the skin that stalks)

Does anybody have a download link for artizanna's Enchanted Tannery? It looks incredible, but unfortunately the mod page was taken down. I've been scouring the internet with no luck.

I have a question. I hope it hasn't been asked before (and if it has.... sorry). I haven't played in a while (long while), but I use Seasonal Palettes in my load order and was wondering if this is compatible. If so, should this mod be loaded before or after Seasonal Palettes in my load order. The only mod manager I use is Frosty.

    Thanks!

Do you think you could release the 7.1 version of the royal sea silk as a separate file for Frosty at some point?

for anyone else still hunting for a frosty-compatible retexture mod-- i use a lot (like, one for pretty much every companion & three different ones for my inky) of clothing/armor retextures, and both the leather and cloth files of the frosty version are working beautifully! i just loaded my other clothing retexture mods below this one. got the frosty notification that it was for an earlier version etc, and it's still working without issue so far. i also use northern lights btw (which was listed as potentially incompatible) and left it loaded it above this mod. thanks for your mod!!! the armors are so much better to look at now :)

It's been 2years since I left a comment to this mod. And recently I reinstalled DAI, finished main game, and saw that you updated (and fixed) this mod. I had to try it myself.
And I'm happy to say that this mod works fine (main game and Tresspesser as well), and your retex are simply beautiful. I'm using Frosty version, most recent one.
You, and other modders, have my eternal thanks for your efforts and time!

Omg, thank u for your kind words q.q It makes me super happy that you and other users are enjoying my retextures, and that it's no longer having issues! <3 <3

I'm pretty proud of where my mod is at, at the moment, too. And to think I started this as a way to avoid going insane during the first quarantine, lmao

Thank you for the beautiful retextures! I came back to DAI after 4 years and it's good to see there are many new mods available.
Oh and it working fine in my end.

I love this mod! I love what you've done with the cloth - some of the vanilla textures are really ugly, ugh XD Quick question tho - what happened to the metals file? I accidentally deleted it from Frosty and I couldn't find it here?

Thank you :D I removed the metal files due to many incompatibilities with other mods

Does this fix that thing where using Silk Brocade makes all the metals brighter?

No, it doesn't affect whatever causes that to happen, sorry :(
