Not sure what happened but I downloaded Reshade and selected all of the shaders to be installed and then put your present in my game folder but when I load up your present in-game, I get a static effect, a 3D without glasses effect and a like 1930s broken film effect.
was worried about performance and if i actually get it to work but i had a little experience with teh reshade programm from divinity 2 and i love the vibe my game has now!!! it looks so different now, so alive :) thank you so much.
Wow wow wow wow Wow! This looks amazing! Doing another playthrough. You have truly enhanced a game that was already great looking. You really need to start uploading more Reshades for other games you play ;)
I've tried 'em all, and for my no-money this is the best, it has a nice balance between enhancing vanilla (yet not getting too far away from the spirit of it) while also not being too heavy on resources (unlike some other ones that might look nice too in their own way, but give a bigger performance hit). Curious: do you have a background in visuals (e.g. colour grading, etc.) or did you just fiddle about till you got something that satisfied you?
Hi i installed reshade and added your preset to my DAI folder, when i hit home in the game, your preset is selected but there's no active shaders!! i installed all the shaders available... and i'm using reshade version 4.7.0 please help
It's no trouble to download ALL the shaders by other authors. This preset, when selected in the reshade menu, will only load the shaders it needs. Hope this helps
Is there a link to a guide on how to get reshade to work with DAI? like a step by step tutorial? I turned off the Origin overlay thing and it's still not even wanting to load the game at all. I'm so confused. :'(
*I got the game to not crash, but when I open Inquisition there's nothing about reshades, and then when I hit the home key nothing happens. :(
First go to https://reshade.me/ Then click download. Run Reshade Setup Exe Click Select Game. Find the Game .exe file that you want to install ReShade for. Select Direct3d 10+ Select the Shaders you want to install (for this reshade preset install all shaders - they are all selected by default so don't change anything just click "Yes") Wait When reshade will finish, you can close the window Download Kala's reshade Copy the files to the folder where DAI.exe is turn on the game
does the reshade work automatically? I've done all of that and can now run the game with it, but once I open the game I don't see anything else other than the game. Nothing saying that Reshade is working or anything.
You have to hit the "home" key and then choose Kala's Natural Reshade from the list. Also when u start the game there should be information about installed Reshade at the left upper corner.
Yeah the home key does nothing and there's nothing in the top corner when I start DAI. :( I'm doing something wrong I just don't know what. I've followed all of the directions I can find for it and nothing is working. GYAH! I suck at technology. heh
I am sure we can solve it :) Don't give up. Are you playing on laptop or PC? Can you please copy information from the dxgi file and paste them here? (dxgi without dll at the end)
Edit: You can also try a way around - to play the game in windowed fullscreen mode
Thanks. It is weird cause it looks like reshade should work properly... Shaders are loading. Can you load the game and see if anything new will appear in dxgi file? Also, tell me please what graphic card you have? I need to investigate it. You can send me a pm so we will not spam this page :)
yeah I tried to message you and it said I don't have permission for that. I've messaged and been messaged by people before. I'm so confused! once I get the chance I'll launch the game again and see if anything else happens with the file
I just wanna use this specific reshade dag nab it! :'(
Hi! Thanks so much for all of your messages here. Would you or anyone be able to help me figure out what I'm going wrong?
I've installed Reshade, it pops up fine when I load the game, but I cannot find Kala's natural reshade anywhere! I copied the Natural.ini folder to the same folder that the game .exe is in, so any help trying to sort out what I've done wrong would be greatly appreciated!

I'm playing on a laptop... I've copied everything from the dxgl file...it's a lot...
*deleted the thing so it doesn't take up too much space.
