I love this mod. I didn't try the arcane warrior but bloodmancer is fun so far. Only one thing: is there any way to make dragon rage scale with elemental damage cause now it does no damage on enemies except animals.
I'm really glad you like this mod! Sadly I'm afraid I'm too busy with both real life and modding the new Baldur's Gate 3 in my spare time, that I just don't have time to add my DAI mods to that :( I hope to get to everyone's requests eventually, but I'm afraid it won't be any time soon. I'm so sorry!
i found a somewhat workaround. a mod which let me take all upgrades and all skilltrees and there i took the 30% upgrade in the reaver tree. this worked so far.
For anyone looking for a fix to the extremely low dragon rage and devour damage due to it looking at physical damage, I found a fix through another mod. I downloaded the "ReaverBuffsWithFireDmg" optional file from the following mod, you don't need the main file just this plug. It turns all reaver abilities to fire damage and thus gets them on track for dealing good damage. Went from dealing 5 damage on some goons in hinderlands to a decent 150-200 on average (level 9 at the time). Its not a perfect fix, but at least it works well. https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/3054?tab=description
Has anyone tested this some more? 150-200 damage seems pretty low considering the damage potential of this spell/skill. Ring of Pain at 50% hp is 50% bonus damage. Then the Devouring bonus damage (+2% per 1% missing health) which is at 50% hp a 100% damage boost.
Brilliant mod, love it! I've always wanted to play a blood mage like in da:o and 2, so I've really enjoyed playing as a bloodmancer so far :) I've found that the Dragon Rage and Devour abilities do almost no damage against certain enemies - against the venatori foot soldiers at Haven, for example, I was hitting for 7 when my weapon damage is about 60. Is this something you've found? Or have I screwed up by not using the sword and shield you added?
Thank you! And hm, maybe the Venatori are resistant to the damage type those abilities do? I'll look into it! And the sword and shield files were intended for Arcane Warrior, so they're not necessary for Bloodmancer... Or shouldn't be, anyways.
i maybe have figured it out, reaver skills are phys based but brand/staffs are elemental so it doesnt affect the skills, tested it wirg no weapon restriction mod but dont know if that is the problem
Sorry for the stupid question, but do I need the DLC if I only want the Bloodmancer? I tried installing it and it gave me an error..Is there no other option? I only have JoH, unfortunately EDIT: Nevermind, my Frosty was just not up to date! I also bought the other DLCs so it's working great now. Thank you for the mod!

Installed via Frosty.
