Inspired by my previous season mods and personal requests I've finally created a spring mod!
If I can't have spring yet in real life I'll create it for myself in Thedas.
All of the flowers! Hope you like it!




This mod is a BIG texture and lighting overhaul that brings spring to Thedas. 
It affects all zones in the game, some more than others! 
Flowers are blooming everywhere (seriously, they're taking over!), fresh crops are growing and the bright colours are popping!
Green, white, pink and yellow all over the land! The air is fresh with a bright, cool sun in the sky.

For those, like me, wanting a change in the game this is it. This drastically changes the atmosphere in most areas. 
Be ready to experience Orlais and Ferelden all over again!


New features you'll probably notice are:

NO RAIN! Anywhere!
This is of course most noticeable in stormy areas like The Storm Coast and Fallow Mire.
Sadly I haven't been able to get rid of the sound of the rain, but honestly due to all the other sounds in the zones this isn't overly noticeable. 
This is part of Morning Dew.

Speaking of the Storm Coast, this is one of the areas where the edits to the atmosphere and sky is most prominent. It's bright and sunny!
The Emerald Graves and Hissing Wastes have also gone through some drastic changes with the seasons.

Val Royeaux is celebrating a fresh spring with white banners and curtains in the square.

The mod is even more extensive than my two other season mods.
As you might have noticed from the file count this mod is a two parter.
To get the full experience install both Spring In Thedas and Morning Dew.





ABOUT THE MODS

SPRING IN THEDAS
The usual texture edit of all areas (like my two other season mods),
altering mainly terrain, trees and plants.

MORNING DEW
This is an atmosphere, sky and lighting overhaul.
Bonus feature: NO RAIN! In any area!


NOTE:
Keep in mind that these two mods (especially Spring In Thedas)
are HUGE and taxing to load,
so you might encounter broken textures when first loading a zone. 
Especially Emerald Graves seems to load terribly slow.
If the zone doesn't load all the textures try waiting to see if it sorts itself out, or reload the zone.
Sometimes restarting you PC might work as well.
In my experience all the zones run perfectly fine after the initial loading. 


I used the reshade Purple Dream by LadyJ420 when recording the video and taking the screenshots
to make the landscape pop, but the colours are still vibrant in vanilla.

VERSIONS
Like my other season mods this mod is only for Frosty.
It was sadly impossible for me to make the Daimod work.


COMPATIBILITY
Morning Dew can be installed with any other season mod 
(like Autumn In Thedas or Winter in Thedas), or simply on its own.

Both mods are quite extensive and change a lot of files. 
Many texture files relating to nature and some in Ferelden and Orlais related to ground, fabric
and roof textures have been edited, as well as sky textures and environment information. 

Morning Dew is not compatible with mods editing the sky texture of several areas.

I haven't edited any bundles in either of the mods, so there shouldn't be any conflicts with bundle mods.


INSTALLATION
Install using Frosty Mod Manager. Always use the latest version!

To get the full experience install both Spring In Thedas and Morning Dew.


If you run into issues installing using Frosty Mod Manager,
specifically that the game doesn't show up after merging the mods,
I recommend trying to delete the "ModData" folder found in you Dragon Age Inquisition game folder.
Don't worry, when you click "Launch" in the Frosty Mod Manager after the "ModData" folder will be created fresh. 
I found the tip in this thread.
