Do you think that you will one day make the Templar Blackwall one compatible with the Samson headswap? Would love to combine those two if at all possible. (or perhaps the free marches armor instead?)

Well that isn't something I can fix sorry, since it isn't a mod issue. It's mods clashing. If you're using just Frosty you then load this last in the list after the daimod Formal wear mods.
that is a damn shame, since as I understand it Leliana and Cullen got no mods for formal replacements and also unfortunately your mod (which I was hoping to use for Sera and Cassandra) is in conflict with Hawke's Grey Warden proper warrior armor mod
This mod for vivienne formal would have conflicted too as well by the sounds of it. As it sounds like they are all bundle mods which especially old ones are largely uncompatible with each other
They should only conflict if using the daimm version of the heavy warden armour for the warden mod. The frosty version is a mesh swap and will not clash with the companion outfit swap.

Are you using any other bundle mods? You can tell if you do if they show that they edit Description_Win32 files. If so that is likely what is causing the outfits to turn invisible. These outfit swaps are not compatible with any other bundle mod.
Edit: I am currently updating this mod to include as much of the outfits/options from this mod for Cullen. So they will be mesh mods rather than bundle mods
Question! Let's say I wanted to use the Vivienne outfit as formal for Sera/Josie/Leliana/Cass/ect AND then also use the Dragon armor as formal for Blackwall/Cullen/so on and so forth....would that be possible to do? I just had to reinstall the game and lost all of my saves so I can't test it out yet...Just am wondering if by chance that's something you've already tested. hehe

I have one problem, though. Josephine's outfit swap works great except for the war tables scenes. Her outfit doesn't display and she's only a head and a pair of disembodied hands. Any idea what it is?

Yes. At the moment however it may take some time, as there are other ways to swap outfits now but it may mean the cloth bits won't be there. As bundle editing especially for 1 character for the whole game is a lot of work, so the new method would be best but may not include the cloth bits. also I'm not sure but someone may be making this a thing. Also I think there may be someone else working on this. I just don't know when it will be possible sorry.

so I loaded them all (including some daimod ones, that have no fbmod alterantives) through Frosty
can I just remove the daimod one for Wardens and boot up fbmod one, or is some mod patch or whatever fiddling is required?
