      I had the same problem. The EA app just sat there saying it was preparing to launch the game but never did.

   Thank you. So many armor mods replace formal attire, so having this allows me to use it out in the world while i wear the crafted formal attire.

   this seems to just make my formal wear invisible at the winter palace, playing a human female. just vibing around the winter palace in my pjs lol

    Using this in Haven at least leaves it not showing up at all for me with a crafted formal attire. Frosty, Win 10,, not using DAI mods at all. Any hunches what could be wrong on my end? Frosty does not show any conflicts.

       For anyone having this issue, this mod replaces the formal wear from your Closet (Skyhold outfits), I forgot there was a formal attire schematic since I haven't played past Skyhold in DAI in years. I might update in the future with one that replaces that schematic, but if you need it now you should be able to do it yourself using the resources I'd linked in the description and help from the DAI modding discord server.
