hey sorry this isnt directly about your save but youre the only one whose mentioned the fix for "new versions" of games. i tried to install frosty (that refuses to work) and ive changed the update number and opened the game a good 20 times and its still not working. any ideas would be so appreciated!
Well, I have no experience with Frosty, but I'll try to help with the version number thing. What I would do is take off all of my mods, then do a game repair, then I would reset my normal patch version to 13. Then I would run my mod manager and make sure it updated the mod patch to 14. If the game repair didn't work I usually would do the more extreme measure of uninstalling the game, running a registry cleaner (like CCleaner), then re-installing the game. Then go through all the patch version changes and see if that works. A lot of the the people who have had trouble with my save files find that it's a mod compatibility problem, but a few have been unable to get my saves to work regardless. Unfortunately, some of the technical differences with mods and the game go a bit beyond my experience. I hope that some of this helps!
Not sure if I'm just being dumb, but I downloaded this and another of ur saves before...i have the quests for the specializations but the people aren't in the courtyard?
For the warrior, they're not in the courtyard, they're up on the battlements. If you stand in Cullen's office, facing his desk, go out the left door and walk through the next set of doors and they're all standing in the corner. Not a dumb question. Now, if it's a rogue or a mage save, let me know, because I've never run into that before in one of my saves and I'll want to check it out. Thanks for using my saves!
