    Hi.

First of all, just wanted to thank you for your hard work.

I also wanted to know if anyone had tested this complexions in Trespasser, because I am using your Varric and Iron Bull complexions, and the Iron Bull crashes my save in the elven ruins (just before the final cutscene), but works fine in the winter palace (also in trespasser DLC).
I know it's this complexion in particular because I removed my mods one by one, but just wanted to know if anyone else had this problem and also give a heads up to you.

Thank you again for all your work

Me too, but unfortunately I don't know how to solve it.

Can't install any of these. Frosty doesn't read them. Your Vivienne mod works just fine though which is the strange part.

Never mind. Extracting and rezipping worked I guess.

Thank you for this mod! Would you ever mod a version where you remove this sweaty glow but where you do NOT remove the spots, wrinkles and blemishes ? It's like every one is 15 years younger with this mod.๐Ÿ˜… I liked the grittiness of the old faces. Any way, thanks for your work and for this mod! ๐Ÿ™

What's the problem with this mod? I'm installing with Frosty and no matter what it freezes as it's loading into the game....

User `Syfyky` seems like found a solution. It worked for me.

"The Mod still works. I see others have been having trouble. I took many tips from reading online and what worked for me was by launching the frosty tool as admin. After that, and after selecting DAI, hit tools/settings/launch options. Make sure the launch option is checked and change the launch platform to EADesktop. Worked for me after doing those steps. Good Luck!"

i think the attempt of this mod is really great and i love the less glossy and more detailed direction even for males.

but i with there would be eyeliner, freckle options for females and scar options for males. there is an older mod which gave blackwall a scar through is eyebrow which was damn cool, but i doubt the two mods are compatible

I love your mods! I use them in all my Dragon Age games.
Iยดm not sure if you take requests, but could you maybe do a version of Blackwall without that Beard? Maybe just some stubble or something. I really despice beards like that on men and as he is a romance option it always bothered me that he had more hair in his face than on his head....

I don't expect anyone to notice this lmao but Cullen's file seems to freeze and throw a black screen in the game, haven't found a fix yet.

I'm just going to post this in a separate comment too: Frosty converts .daimods to .fbmods now. There is no reason to juggle both or to avoid Frosty altogether. You can import your .daimods to Frosty through the import tool or just dragging and dropping onto the Frosty window. Not to mention DAI mod maker is objectively worse than Frosty mod maker, so modders are likely to move away from it as time goes on. (Plus, Frosty recognizes mod conflicts now, which is an added bonus. Plus, Frosty mods have fewer issues with DLCs, another added bonus.) You should really consider switching.

When you say convert, do you just mean it can manage .daimods, or is there a tutorial to actually convert them with Frosty Tools? I've been looking for info on this but either my googlefu is weak or there's not a good guide out there.

      >here is no reason to juggle both

Yes there is, there are mods that you just simply cannot install with Frosty.

@Rusey I mean fully convert. Just drag and drop .daimods into the Frosty window (or directly import them using the import tool too, I think) and they "magically" turn into .fbmods. (This is a relatively recent addition though so if your Frosty isn't up to date you need to update it.) I've done this with two dozen+ .daimods and maybe two have failed to convert (i.e. they successfully convert, but when I launch the game through Frosty, it infinitely loads).

And @IVIollie, no, there is no reason to juggle both, or at the very least no reason to bother modders who don't support the archaic and objectively crappier mod maker and manager. Like I said above, a tiny fraction of mods fail to convert from .daimod to .fbmod - and a tiny fraction of those don't have a Frosty version at this point. Aside from that, Frosty is better in every way - better mod maker, identifies conflicts on its own, less issues with DLC, etc.

And yet some of us can't use it. When you decide to mod any game you can't expect to get the same result for every user. I just started my DAI and tried to use Frosty mods. Mod manager runs OK, very easy to install mods, activate them and so on. My first issue is that the game it self takes a lot more time to load any level, from charakter creation to game world-spaces. I finish the prologue and Haven with longer loading times and when I try to go to the Hinterlands for the first time the game get stuck infinitely loading it every time. I didn't use any .daimod format mods that I usually use in my gameplay, I wanted to first try only .fbmod mods before trying to convert any .daimod files of my own. Among others I tried using these El's 4k Complexions, Shadowed Eyes for Frosty, Ascendia's Male Complexions for Frosty etc. and every time I tried going to Hinterlands, I get stuck on infinite loading screen. The only advice I found on the internet was to make sure to run Frosty Mod Manager with administrative rights, which I do with every game I run and that didn't help. I then deleted Frosty Mod Manager and .fbmods and went back to .daimod mods that I usually use to make sure that they run properly and everything worked as it always does. Do you have any suggestions that I might try? Perhaps I overlooked something and I would like to have this mod in my game, it looks excellent.

El's complexions definitely work for me in the Hinterlands. I use all of them.

Textures are usually the culprit though. I've had issues with lash mods in particular, and some complexion mods. IMO start there.

Thank you for the suggestion. Had a full nerdrage over it, disabled all the mods and started adding them one by one to find the culprit. And it was, naturally, the very last mod on the list. But it works now, managed to load Hinterlands normally.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm currently having to do the same thing in a new playthrough in the Hinterlands, where claiming a Redcliffe POI freezes everything. :|

Glad you figured yours out, though! What was it, out of curiosity?

It was my fault. In my first post I said that I wanted to first try only .fbmods, before trying to convert my .daimods. But I wanted to see what the process looked like and I imported just this one mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/2540, and then apparently forgot to remove it. It's a Mabari retexture that I really like, it fixes the mabari to make it look less derpy and more like an actual war hound. But as it happens, it won't work with frosty. I will be making a post on it's mod page about it, just so the people know not to try it with this Frosty version. Perhaps newer ones will be able to convert it, or the mod author will make one.

Oh - I imported that Mabari mod into Frosty just yesterday. It seemed to go in OK and my Hinterlands exploration continues normally.
But I've already knocked off Mabari before I added the mod. If I get a crash out I'll know what it is. (Update - works fine.)
So far 90% of my DAImods have gone into Frosty no problem (latest version of Frosty).

Any .dai texture mods used in frosty will break the game. Found this out the hard way..
