You can use mods made with Frosty and DAI Mod Manager at the same time: 1. Go to update and copy your patch folder in a safe place 2. Rename your ModManagerPatch to Patch 3. Download Frosty:https://frostytoolsuitedev.gitlab.io/downloads.html 4. Make a Mod directory for Frosty; upload the mods, apply the mods, and Launch the game from Frosty Mod Manager. SOME daimod files WORK with FROSTY (new version) YOU HAVE TO LAUNCH THE GAME FROM FROSTY, OTHERWISE THE MODS WON'T SHOW.
If you add a new mod in Mod Manager you have to replace the original Patch and merge again.
THANKS A LOT FOR ALL YOUR ENDORSEMENTS, NICE COMMENTS AND ALL BEAUTIFUL IMAGES! WOW 1000 endorsements!!!
HI ALL, I HAVE MADE THE NEW FILES OF THE EYE TEXTURES WITH AN OLD VERSION OF MOD MAKER BECAUSE, FOR SOME REASON, THE daimod FILES RESULT IN INFINITE GAME LOAD TIMES. TO INSTALL THE MOD JUST UNZIP THE FILE, SELECT THE FOLDER WITH THE EYE VERSION THAT YOU WANT AND PUT IT WITH YOUR OTHER MODS, THEN MERGE WITH DAI MOD MANAGER. I HAVE TESTED THE 3 FILES AND THEY WORK FINE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS. CHEERS, K
Thank you very much! These eyes are "murderously" beautiful! I'm in love with them, I only use them in the game.I bow before you! Good luck and new victories!
I was able to get it working after a few tries. Thank you very much for creating this. This is my favorite makeup mod now. ^^ Do you happen to have a version available that doesn't alter the default blush? If not, that's alright. Thanks again! <3
I am happy to hear that you solve it. I didn't find anything wrong in the file, but these things happen. I don't have any more versions of the mod, sorry about that. cheers and thank you very much for using my mod.
Hey there. Love those eyes, they look so much better than vanilla with this shadowed area under the upper eye lid. Now my Inquisitor doesn't have that horrible lifeless stare that is going right through you, lol. Bioware seems to have a serious issue with doing lively eyes. It's really not that hard to add some AO to them to make them more realistic and less stary.
Anyway, great mod. Btw, would it be possible to maybe make a mod for bigger Iris's on Human and Qunari characters? Maybe the same size as dwarves and elves have? I don't understand why Humans and Qunari have smaller Iris's in this game. ôo
Hi Oozaru85. First, thank you very much for your comment. I am not playing inquisition at the moment; I guess I could install the game again and try that, although I am a bit busy now. I don't know if this depends on the mesh for the eyes; it could be complicated if so. Making the texture bigger is very easy but I don't know how it would work.
Thanks for the reply. I never touched the asstes of the game, so not sure how eyes work. If they have a seperate mesh for the Iris and the Eyeball, then yes, one would probs have to edit the Iris mesh by increasing it's size. That on its own doesn't sound like a big deal, but I may be wrong. Oh well, guess I will have to live with those small Irises for now. Or stick to playing as a dwarf, lol.
Hi ladyadara, thank you for your kind comment. I have not been playing DA for some time, but I think I used this mod: Dark and worn leliana. https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/1814 Cheers!
