Thanks for sharing this wonderful mod , just one small snag, which passive ability is that " On hit: heal 1% max health" ? just can not figure it out on the menu
It's been a while since I did mods for this, so please forgive me if I'm incredibly rusty and wrong.
Looking at the files, it seems Heal on Kill is a stat rather than a passive ability - but I am not 100% sure. It appears that the stat gets applied to your character when you equip the onkill_heal ring.
I guess it *could* be applied to a weapon, but it would mean I'd have to know how to do a null version for people who didn't want it.
Wow! Thank you for making this mod. This whole series is really great.
I have a question for anyone.: All of the "Configurable" Mods work great but, once a game is saved and loaded, the schematics revert to their original weapons and slot amounts. The customized weapon that was built from the schematic is also removed from inventory.
Not even sure how to track down, because everything "just works". No startup issues, not gameplay stutter, nothing.
Nearly all of DAI mods are about replacing existing files. It was only possible to add files when Frosty was created, for Frosty Mod Manager (not DAI Mod Manager), and most people didn't do it even then.
Just out of interest, do you happen to remember what you did to make the problem occur?
Sadly, Configurable Greatsword does not play nicely with Frosty 1.0.6.1. I have tried every one of your available downloads and they all cause infinite loading.
Shame as I really, really wanted a configurable Bull's Edge.
It's not possible to make Frosty configurable mods, sadly. :/
Technically, I made tonnes of Frosty mods, most of my configurables started as Frosty mods, then I exported the files to the old Mod Maker to turn them into DAImod files then added code to make them configurable.
This is really late, but 007a is the Blackwall Claymore, just with the bladed greatsword grip. Hope this helps anyone scrolling through posts looking for that specific claymore.
So, I'm using this mod and I noticed that the weapon model in game at least when viewed in the crafting menu and the Inventory screen (I have not gone out into the field to look at it yet) seems to have the model I selected and the Balanced Greatword's original model melded together.
The entire sword is melded together, I can see the Hilt, and the blade is multi-colored like it's two completely different shades, like it's darker in the middle and lighter along the edge, I'll see if I can get a picture to show you.
EDIT: Here's an image of what it looks like in the crafting Menu: Image
This mod swaps the blade, so you can never have two blades overlapping, BUT... The sword you're using is a one-piece model, meaning it has it's own handle and pommel. Those are overlapping with he default handle and pommel from the Balanced Greatsword Schematic.
You can simply remove the Grip and Pommel in the game (if you have the Upgrades box ticked), OR you can make them invisible using a couple of my other mods. Pommel Switcher, Grip Switcher.
You will get something like this (note that the upgrades exist on the greatsword, but are invisible);
As you can see, the blade still has that edging, it seems that it's just part of the model.

Not good news... about Svarty's Configurable Greatsword.
When try alterate Blade of Tidarion Schematic, to Blade of Tidarion (Staff_Tidarion apperance), elemental damage, no upgrades.
DAIMM stop merge.
I don't know why. But maybe you can remove from options.
Thanks for the mods, and sorry my english.
I'm sad to hear that it doesn't work
Testing limits
I'm hear to report a bug... some timesyes, sometimes not...
If damage materials over 50 peaces, maybe break missions, exemple (Alexius battle).
Better damage config is 30 peaces.
Who will use it, remember to don't do it a GODMOD

Any thoughts or plans to make a Frosty mod ?

Could it be that just the handle is the same? Did you try removing it?

Do you happen to know what model names in the dropdown menu I would need to replace need to make invisible for this to work properly?
