Three possibilities for FrostyMM mods not working at all :

    - You still have DAIModMaker mods applied, in which case you have to remove the "Patch_ModManagerMerge" folder from your "Update" folder in your DA:I installation location. Otherwise it'll override Frostys mods.
    - You have to manually go into in your DA:I installation location, open the ModData folder, then the Update folder inside, then the Patch folder inside, edit the file "Package.mft" with notepad and change the version "12" to version "13", save file and launch the game.
    - You haven't launched Frosty as admin or don't have administrative rights over your DA:I installation location, in which case ModData isn't being created properly.

I am unable to get this mod to work in Frosty. Everything looks fine, and I followed all the advice pinned in the top comment. Nothing seems amiss in Frosty, it just simply doesn't skip the bioware logo, click to connect, etc. Anyone figure this out?

Same here, the mod sadly no longer works. My guess is that Origin being replaced with the EA App has messed with this mod somehow.

Mine started working again when I enabled Platform Launching in the Options menu.

I also had issues with Frosty. The above comment helped me, but I had to set the platform to "EADesktop", even though I own the game on Steam. This is the only way I've found for mods to load correctly in Frosty.

This information could be helpful to Anhamirak  for this mod:
    Here
    Linking is wonky
I would even be willing to do the heavy lifting.

I placed an un-edited layer1_defaultsch.. next to wavebends modded one went through the 63 objects looking for a difference. That did not help but as I said @ 17 VeniceBWmovie I changed it to the very brief explosion.
I also ran both ebx's through HxD and ran a compare trying to find a significant change(s). that was pretty much just eye strain.
EDIT: changed link to correct mod

Oh man, oh man! I have been working on this mod to work for daimm for the past 3 days and was going to ask Wavebend what files were specifically edited and Svarty what if anything was tried and low and behold it works!!
I managed to change the intro move to ada_something the adamant movie explosion.
i spend so much time loading - change a tint - load etc.
I have lurked here for a few years and had to break my silence two huge thumbs up!
    btw what did work?

    edit: thank you!

I've no idea what Wavey changed in the file tbh, I just exported the files from their Frosty Editor project file and imported them into the old Mod Maker (properly this time).

Yeah I haven't ever tested the DAIMOD version, as I don't use DAI Mod Manager. It appears it hasn't been converted properly. If someone else wants to do it, the .fbproject is available.

I get the following error trying to launch the game with this mod installed (Frosty).

Trying the DAI mod version, the game crashes right when the Bioware Logo is supposed to display.

I have tried this with and without all the mods I have installed, get the same result when launching the game in Fullscreen, Windowed, and Windowed Borderless.
