This is great, thank you! I am curious, would it be possible to create a replacer for the hair "p"/bun? There's a hairstyle called "Dreads of the Wolf" for it so it'd be fun to see how well it works on him.
OH MAKER, you are my hero. I've been DYING for a Solas hair mod ever since the game came out, and could never find one beyond just giving him a shaved head look (which was still infinitely better than straight bald). I'm so glad I found this! I hope it works for me... given the comments here... Edit: I cannot make this work :( I tried the Concept Retex File, loaded as usual with DAI Mod Manager, got no warnings that it was overwriting or getting overwritten by anything else, but did not show up in game. I loaded an early save from the Prologue, and loading one at Skyhold (ANY save in Skyhold) produces infinite loading screen. I don't have any of the mods on your list of known conflicts. Anybody have some advice? Thanx.
Hello, I just wanted to let you know that your mod doesn't work. I've tried it with only your files, I've tried it with different Solas' face retextures and different hair mods and it doesn't work. What's even more weird: when I merged the patch with only your hair + face retex Solas didn't even show up in the game where he should be, the sound wasn't on, some of the npcs acted weirdly and everything was kinda frozen? So yeah, something's wrong xd
hey! i got this mod to work by loading the hair replacer bundle (https://aileani.tumblr.com/post/186322977687/what-does-this-pack-contain-josephines-hair) after the mod in frosty! (not sure if you were already aware but some .daimods are compatible with frosty now)

The Fade dream scene with Solas, where you wander through Haven and then Solas tells you to wake up. This scene gives me an infinite load screen with the classic concept hair mod. I tried having just this hair and reordering the mod list but unfortunately the concept hairstyle needs to be disabled for this scene. If anyone has been able to get this scene to work with the concept hair I would appreciate knowledge of how you did it.
