Fixed files for HM and EM, both versions. The vest is now properly tintable.

Allows you to tint the leather padding that shows on the shoulders and hips of some armor. See the images section for an example. This is the same file as the one from PJ and Light Armor Tinting Tweaks. You don't need to download them both.
