Love this though it wont work for me it says the save was created on a newer version of the game , i think its something to do with the fact i dont have the deluxe edition of the game?
Maybe BUT you could try to fix it: Go to your install direction / Update / Patch and open the package.mft file. (With word pad for example) Then you change the number of "Version" to one number higher. e.g: You change "Version 12" to "Version 13". It does not break your game or something. Try it!
I have a question.. I have 200 hrs so far in DAI but I do not like my character. I used to use mods when I played Skyrim and loved it so I thought maybe I could use them here. I do love your character that you created she is beautiful! Can I use her now even though I have already started??
I don´t know a way to switch characters appearance after you started. My character is connected to a save game so you would have to start from the point I´ve saved it. It´s right after the prologue in Heaven.

If you use mods then change the number once again but this time to "Version 14" !
Oh man I though it would help because it always solved my problems..

Maybe it does have something to do with the fact that I have the GOT edition of the game this would suck..
But I don´t used any items from dlc etc...
I really really hope that you can find a way to fix that problem. Maybe ask the community?
