Hey all! I wanted to give a big thank you to everyone that has supported me. It took some time, but I'm finally employed full-time. Unfortunately, I won't be making any more mods for DAI, but I do look forward to modding the next Dragon Age. Hope to see some of you then.
And to those of you having issues getting my mods to work, try the following:
Go your game folder, where Dragon Age Inquisition is installed. One way to get there is to right-click on the game's shortcut icon (the one you click to launch the game), click on 'Properties' and then click on 'Open File Location.' When there, look for the 'Update' folder. Inside that folder is another folder called 'Patch.' Within the 'Patch' folder is a file called 'package.' Right-click that file and open it with Notepad. Where it says 'Version 11,' you change that to 'Version 12.' Save and close. You should now be able to run mods that require 'Patch 12.'
So whenever I use one of these, it removes that skill tree from my other characters. Like say i want to use inferno instead of the inquisitor tree, now the mages do not have inferno skill tree.
I suspect no but I was just curious is it was possible to use more then one at the same time. For instance If i wanted to use the Vanguard and Battlemaster tree at the same time? Yeah pretty sure no but I just gotta ask. Sorry Btw great freaking mod man damn you good.
ive noticed if you use one, get the perks you want then delete and install a different one you keep the perks without having the tree. i used winter first then moved to inferno and still had blizzard and such. All the perks will be in the tatics tab.
This looks amazing, and I'm already getting excited about a Knight Enchanter with the Vanguard tree for taunts. But does this work with Trespasser? And does this interfere with the default abilities from the Inquisitor tree? As useless as the default tree is, it seems heavily tied to plot progress and DLC. Just wondering if there are any issues to be aware of?
Hi. I'm using Mod Manager and still unable to activate the mod. Its says patch 12 but I only have the patch 11, so I can't activate it. Can you help me? Thanks.
This goes for all mods that use a higher patch than the one you have. Open the mods ".daimod" file with notepad, next find "minPatchVersion="12"" then change the "12" to whatever patch you have, in your case 11. Then save the file and there you go.
NOTE: I can not guarantee this will work because if the mod uses resources from patch 12 the mod will not work and you're game might crash, there's no other workaround.

Hope this helps!
Does it require the DAI mod tools loader? Does it need to go in a specific place?
Please add instructions
The game won't let me.
I'm sure most people will have v1.12, but those that don't will probably be reasonably confused. Maybe add it to the description?
That should hopefully solve it for you.
