Tested in Frosty with Qunari Male versions. They do not work, causing a DirectX crash upon loading any save file, rendering the game unplayable with this mod. Can't say whether it would have the same issue if using DAI Mod Manager or if using different version, just thought I'd put this up here in case anyone else was looking to use this mod/version in Frosty. Really cool mod though otherwise, just wish I could use it.

Unfortunately, installing your mod created a catastrophic DirectX failure that left my game unplayable whenever I attempted to start a new game or continue an old save.
I had to delete the Official Patch & Modded Merge Patch, do a clean Repair, and thankfully my game is playable again, but I'm heartbroken I couldn't display this gem you worked so hard on in game.

So it's me, the original mod author - unfortunately I lost access to my old account because nexus is kinda Goofy (the email address I had attached to the prehistoricgoat account is long gone, and I need to access that email address to get that account back......you see the dilemma), so uh. You won't be seeing any updates to this on this page but once I get back to the mod (i swear, eventually.....depression hits motivation hard lol) I'll link the new page to here! I'm aware of the directx issues so hopefully I'll find a fix for that as well!

I would have absolutely loved this! The art used in DAI is just phenomenal. It would have been awesome if they just used the tarot art for the profiles (and for the profiles to change if a romance is between the Inq and their companion).
I'm still getting the Direct X issue with all of the files, so I can't use this mod, unfortunately.
It's alright though, you did a great job at making this mod. I'm sure it took a long time to sort through all the files to get the right images for the right location! Thanks for the hard work :)
These look wonderful and I'm excited to use them! I was hoping to get a bit of clarification though... If I'm playing through as a HF and wanted the Trevelyan portrait with light skin for everyone which of your files should I use? General Hand Revamp appears to not included any race portraits, I don't see one for 'Human' like the other races, and I'm assuming that since the Inquisitor Only Tarots file says "everyone else will be vanilla" that it does not include the companion default tarots. Am I missing something or is the option I'm hoping for just unavailable? I appreciate any help!!
Hi! You are correct, the Inquisitor Only doesn't include companions, and you're not missing anything when it comes to the HF + all companion portraits, that's all on me. I currently don't have the Trevelyan portraits with all companions up - I haven't had the chance to compile all the combinations, and also I keep forgetting lmao. But since you asked (and reminded me lol), I'll put the HF ones up today! It hopefully should only take me a few minutes Sorry for the delay (and the confusion), and thanks for your support!
Ok, all the female Trevelyan portraits that change both the Inquisitor and the companions are up! Still no male Trevelyan rn though, and no dwarves at all, but at least I'm getting closer lmao

Sorry to hear that! I’m not too knowledgeable about the technical aspects of DAI mods, but I don’t think this one should be too heavy-duty. It could be there’s some sort of conflict? I’m assuming you don’t have any other portrait mods installed so if you have the patience you could try experimenting with your mods (turning some off, the load order, etc) to see if it works? Unfortunately that can also be very time consuming lmao. Sorry again you had trouble!!
I usually use a different portrait mod but I wanted to change it up so of course I removed that one first before installing this one. It must be something on my PC though, because I remember getting this weird error back when I tried to make a portrait mod myself as well (like, tried to edit in a personalised Inquisitor portrait in the mod I was using). It's just so odd that one works and the other doesn't, but I don't understand the error message well enough to figure out how to fix it -.-
i'm not sure what's causing the problem with this mod (maybe try different tarot versions to see if one works? it's possible i screwed up making one), but when it comes to editing preexisting mods, for some reason you can't do it on the current mod maker. it gives an error, probably the one you're seeing. to edit a portrait mod you'll want to find an older version of the mod maker and download that, and it should let you edit the personalized mod
sure! i'll do all of the inquisitors, but did you have a specific version you wanted? i'll do that one first and then get to the rest of them when i have more time lmao

my mod maker needs to reconfigure itself bc i recently uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the process is mostly waiting out a long loading screen so i should have the female lavellan version up tomorrow, and possibly the other inquisitor versions too (if not i'll try to have them all by the end of the weekend. i know u didnt ask for all of them but it's gonna bother me if i only do one so dont even worry abt it lmao)
and sorry it took me a little bit to see your message, for some reason i dont get notified when people post on here lmao
