I might me late to the party but i just wanted to chime in and say that if i apply any arm upgrades, the armpits vanish. Basically, with arm upgrades, the body becomes "hollow". You might want to look into that if you are still doing work.
The way this mod is done is by swapping around appearance hashes that already exist in the game. As such I'm limited by the way Bioware built their companions. There is no male equivalent to Cassandra, since Cassandra is the only Cassandra in the game (sounds stupid yes, but that's the way it is). I could do Blackwall for human male, but honestly I'm mostly underwhelmed with Blackwall's armor selection. Cole is a very good idea though, if he shares the same body type with the Inquisitor, of which I'm not sure yet. Maybe I'll give it a go someday^^
Cassandra has cool Vanguard armor. I'd like Cassandra's armor to resemble more her seeker armor from DA2. The easiest would be to make her armor model to free army warrior armor and change Kirkwall heraldy to seeker heraldy.
I am just starting my first playthrough, and I want to use the armour shown in the second screenshot. Do you have any idea what it is called, or how to get it?
I love this mod! I actually wanted your opinion on something though; do you think it's possible to apply this kind of method to other types of armor/outfits. For example, replacing the wedding dress/ formal wear with Morrigan's Ballgown?
Good job on your first mod ! I asked on the other Cassandra armor mod so it looks like I'm greedy, I apologize, but as far as I can tell, none of yoour mods makes use of Cassandra's rogue/mage armor style (the style without tabard), I was wondering if it could be worn by the inquisitor ? I think upgrades don't show so just the armor in itself, replacing any or every armor
I'm not sure which armor you're referring to. I'm not aware of any rogue or mage armor that cassandra can wear. Not without mods anyway, and as such there is no style for them in the game.
I mean when you craft light/medium/heavy armor without class restriction (using certain mats, it is in the game without mods), you get a unique armor for every companion for the armors they can't normally wear, always the same style, that you can't alter visually with arms/legs. Cassandra's is this one (Credits to this post)
Yeah that's a placeholder armor she wears when you give her armor types that have no appearance on her. I think it would be possible to replace something with it, since it should be the same one for all medium and light armor. I'll give it a look and see if I can come up with some way to include that one
