I've heard that when people try to download the file(s) the CDN is providing a zero-byte d/l with no error message, but no actual file either!
If anyone has problems downloading the file(s), try using the "(EU) Kent" server. If that doesn't work, or you don't have the option to use that server, please use the "Report" button to highlight the problem.
(The issue has been reported to Dark0ne and his webminions, but not sure how long it'll take to correct.)
UPDATE: AxelDominatoR reports that he found the problem and has corrected it.

This was a Nexus-wide issue with new uploads not being replicated across all of the files servers, now corrected.
