This hair is great currently using the elven version but i've noticed several spot son it where it's just entirely black and I'm not sure what's causing it.

Hello. Yesterday your mod worked fine, but today it suddenly stopped working. I tried to download a new version of the file, download a new version of the mod manager, reinstall the game, and looked for a solution on the Internet. Nothing helped, the rest of the mods work fine except for yours. How can i fix it?

This mod suddenly stopped working with other hair mods and I have no clue why. It was working fine yesterday, I booted the game up and I see the hair is back to vanilla. How can I fix this?

Hello, it would be wonderful if you could make Ponytail lose front work for dragon age trespasser. I have played with a elf female character now for a while and I have used this hair and it's beautifully made. Thank you :)

Can you make this hair for Solas? I wish to see his trespasser version like "he used to have a long beautiful hair"

Not possible, as there's nothing on SOolas' head to make hair from.

    Is this amazing mod trespasser-compatible?
I really do want to try this mod with a new mage femquisitor, but I don't want to have my heart broken again.
I've been hurt way too many times by Trespasser incompability. :'C
jk but please respond, and thanks so much for creating this beautiful mod

I'm not able to play for months to come and havent been for months either. So i honestly don't know. It depends on what mesh it replaces and what race you choose. In general, i dont think mods that replaces the ponytail are shown in Trespasser, but i don't know for sure.

oh okay thanks for the answer anyway, I guess I'll find out after about 200 hours of the main game then.
btw, which sliders/mods did you use for the 4th picture, the brown haired human female?
That's by far the best femquisitor I've ever seen!
I've been trying to recreate the face, but I really can't get it right..

You need to set your mesh settings to Ultra for it to show ingame when you are playing.

I apologize for the lateness of this "review", but my schedule is very tight today, and I wasn't even sure if I had time to pull this off, especially given how much testing I had to do to make sure that it wasn't a glitch I was seeing. I tested the 3 female versions of this hairstyle. Yes... I could have tested the Elven male one, but that's not my personal preference, and besides, with what I discovered about the female versions, you can fix the Elven male one.

Okay, let's do this backwards from popular order:

    Dwarven Females:

This one drove me nuts. Based on the imagines you have inside the "Images" section here, I knew what I was seeing couldn't be right. It was awful. The "loose fronts" as you call them were sticking out in front of the hairline, they had big gaps in-between the start of the loose strands and the hairline. Something was off, and I couldn't figure out if I had a mod that screwed it up or lacked a mod to fix it.

This is what I found when I choose the Dwarven Female Preset Face 2, and just changed the hairstyle: http://imgur.com/a/vMKN2

Finally I discovered why that happened. For the Dwarven hairstyle, you MUST have the "forehead" sliders near or at the bottom of the box in order for the hairstyle to full appear. For those images on imgur, the forhead slider was resting at the top of the box. You CANNOT do that. It must be at the bottom of the slider box, or it looks really bad.

Other than that, there are 3 very minor nitpicks:

    1. There is a loose set of strands on the left side of the ponytail that are a good distance from the others that looks off at certain angles. Fortunately, these angles are hard to come by, but it still looks a little weird.

    2. There is this "bunch knot" looking strands above both ears. I don't know if this is what you mentioned in your notes, but it looks strange. Can this be addressed?

    3. The left side "loose front" strands are hovering very close, if not inside the Pjs. It's worse on Dwarven Females than Humans and Elves. You need to move the left side strands up a little to avoid clipping into PJs.

    Okay, Human females:

Basically the same 3 nitpicks as the Dwarven one, although, to a lesser degree. The first and second points are still there, but the left side loose strands are much better off on this one. You might not have to move them here, but they are close. You just might want to consider moving the left side loose strands forward just a little to completely avoid the issue.

    Finally, Elven females:

This one is almost perfect. Definitely your best yet in terms of errors and clippings. The ponytail loose strands are closer to the main body and less noticeable, the "knot bunches" above the ears do not exist on this one (well done), and the left side strands are even further way on the Elven head models. So, if you want to address those two remaining concerns, go ahead, but you might not need to. Very well done here.

For all 3 races, I couldn't find any "clipping due to movement" issues. You're good there.

Okay, to conclude with my "key notes":

The Elven one is very close to perfect, and you might not actually have to address anything here. It's your choice if you want to just go for "best possible".

The Human one is next, and it's very close on where or not the left side loose front strands would clip even without movement. If anything, you might want to address the strange loose strands on the ponytail (maybe look at the Elven one too) plus the "knot bunch" above the ears and see if you want to address those. The left side loose front strands you can get away with.

The Dwarven one needs to be addressed, as it definitely clips with the left side loose front strands, even into PJs, and the loose strands on the ponytail are still there, plus the "bunch knots" above the ears.

BUT, FOR ALL OF THEM, you do need to put under your notes in your description for this hairstyle:

For Dwarven Females: You MUST have the forehead slider be near or at the bottom to show entirety of hairstyle and avoid ugly holes in the hairstyle.

For Humans and Elves: Because of the Dwarven one, you need to be careful here as well. If you put the forehead slider at the bottom, the hairstyle is "floating" and off the head! So you need to tell everyone to be careful how "wide" the forehead is (how far up and down on the forehead slider they go for all races), and adjust according to the race. That's the biggest problem with this hairstyle... and it's 100% fixable!

Okay, if I've stress that enough, I'll leave it be. Again, don't let my nitpicks and detail tell you otherwise, because overall, again, very nice work (especially the Elven version), with very minor things you can fix later. You just need to put up notes for the "forehead" issue in the description. Seriously.

Yes, i only had time to test and fix the elf version. I should have waited with releasing for humans and dwarves, but it felt so thin to just release it for elves. However, you do spare me for a lot of testing so atleast i got some notes on what to fix on them. :3
Thanks again! I added to the description regarding the forehead issues.

You know... you shouldn't feel rushed into doing this. If it's only Elves you think are "releasable", which by the way... Elves are the most popular choice , that's okay, you plan to return and go back through all these, and we're both keeping notes. If it's "thin", that's okay, take your time and do it right.

Glad I could help. And thank you for putting in the forehead note.
