Thank you, and sorry that this is coming four days late. Whether or not a hair mod works with trespasser depends on the gender and race. Fortunately this works in Trespasser for male elves, but I'm not sure about the other two.
This is absolutly amazing! I'm wearing it on my male human ever since you release this! He looks so awesome! Unfortunatly, the male human version does not work on Trespasser! Damm Trespasser!! Thank you for creating this! I love all your work so much
Love the hair, but I can't find it in the Black Imporium mirror. I know it's in the game because I can start a new character and use it. Any suggestions?
Tried all of the hairs that have ponytails on them and still nothing, mesh is on ultra and the mod was merged. Could the new patch v12 have something to do with it not working?
Are you merging this in the base game? What race/gender are you trying merge? Is it for any of the DLC by any chance? Do you have another mod for this slot already in place?
As far as I know anywhere but in DLC (I simply don't know because I don't have inquisitors of all races to test the hair out in JoH, Descent, or Trespasser), the mod should work. I'm updated to the most recent patch and it definitely shows up for me. I hope to hear from you soon so I can try and figure out what's going on.
Its for the human male, and yea i got the recent patch too and the DLCs installed which by what you are saying may be the issue. And no other mods for the slot are active. So im assuming it is the DLC that is preventing me from making it work. Also what do you mean "merging in the base game"?
Having the DLCs installed shouldn't be an issue. Only while you're playing the DLCs it should be a problem.
The only other thing I can think of is that maybe you're using an old mod manager? I'm using .59 with the suitemanager which is the most recent one as far as I know.
All I meant about the base game is whether it was only for the base game with no DLCs, or if you were doing this for a DLC like trespasser where a lot of people switch up hairstyles.
So once you select it in the Black emporium and you save, and exit it doesn't show up? If it shows up in the character creator at the beginning of the game there should be no issue changing it later.
Mesh are on ultra as pretty much all of my settings. ill try only merging this mod and nothing else. Maybe one of the texture mods is affecting it. Thx anyway.
Actually, i found out that it only works when i start a new game, when i try to go to the black imporium it either dont show or the game just goes black and crashes.
With the BE, what you can do is uninstall all of your mods, go into the game, select the hair and head back to skyhold. Once it's saved or autosaved all you have to do is close out, reinstall mods and you'll have the hair.
I've had to do that with complexion/tattoo mods before.
I'm new to modifying DAI so please bear with me. Any chance this could replace another hair style? The pony tail one is actually I use a great deal and it would be fun to show as time passes one's character going from short to long hair.
No worries. Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer hairstyles over yet. Dawn, the person maintaining the Modding tools and mod manager at the moment is working very hard to change that, but as it stands this is the only vanilla hair that my mod will replace.

I had a couple of my friends test the mod and it showed up for all of them :c

Because the Qunari all have short hair, or very limited hair to work with, which is why there isn't a ton available for Qunari.
