Some of the elves in Sundermount lost their bodies after I installed this mod. I don't have any mods that affect bodies, armor or heads, except this one

That is very odd.  Can you send me a screenshot of your mod list, and the names of the affected elves?

Sorry, I found the culprit and it's not his mod :)

Hey there :) I really love, love, LOVE your mod! Infact, I love your mod so much, that I'd love to use it for my own Hawke. I'm playing with the "playable elfs beta" mod, which makes my hawke and family elves. Do u think there would be a possibility that u provide your heads as morphs in the cc, so I can enjoy the elven inquisition look myself?

    Thanks in advance <3

I'm in the middle of updating the hairs and morphs to the current version of DA2 Character Creator.  When I get those up, I'll see if I can get working .mops, too.  :)

The mod is incredible! Thank you for this wonderful work! Do you have any plans to implement something similar for Dragon Age Origins as well?

No, because they currently impossible to do with the toolset.  The few DAI-style morphs that already exist for DAO were done by hand in a 3d modeling program by some very talented people.

Don’t give me that much credit; DA2 bones and DAI bones are pretty much identical is all.

DAO is possible (as evidenced by a few ports) but *those* have to be handweighted and I simply don’t have the patience. And with Veilguard out in less then a week…

edit: and….i just had the most *scathingly, brilliant* idea.

awesome mod! although i noticed that some of the elves face mismatch the skin. Is that expected?

It's actually a problem in the base game - DA2 is very inconsistent with tint maps and default diffuse skin tone, and so for some armors the skin doesn't tint as expected.

Love this mod, just went to the dalish camp at sundermount and everyone looked amazing! I've never liked the da2 art style for elves so this mod is a godsend.

Love this mod so much. I’ve been doing my own for humans/Dwarfs and this was a godsend lol.

I was wondering how easy it was to add extra hairs to the toolset. I was thinking I could give it a go (difficulty level depending! Haha!)

    Again, fantastic work. As always!

Making the hairs fit the new Inquisition heads is the hard part. 😅 After that you have to re-weight them to DAO's skeleton (just weighting everything to the head - BONE-0 works fine), and then export them using the DAO export script, and name them so the toolset can see them.

Hello! This mod is awesome! I'm leaving most of your elf designs as-is because they are great, but I like customizing Fenris and Merrill to my taste. I used pyGFF editor to change their hairstyle to hairstyles from an external mod, and with Fenris it worked perfectly, but with Merrill I'm getting a weird issue where the hairstyle kind of floats higher than the head instead of sticking to it. I wanted to ask if this has something to do with the models or you know where the issue lies. If it's incompatible I'll just give up no problem, I much rather keep this version with the vanilla hair than her DA2 elf face version. Thanks for creating it <3

The DAI base head for EF has a shorter neck than DA2, and is thus a few inches lower.  So, unfortunately, hairs not made specifically for DAI-style morphs will not fit and will float above instead.  :/

Ahhh that's a shame. I suspected this might be it but since it worked on fenris I figured I'd ask. Thanks for telling me!

Is there a mod like this for human morphs? If not, do the elves from this mod stick out during gameplay when next to humans?

To my knowledge, there isn't yet a large-scale mod for human and/or dwarves.  I don't think they stick out any more than the original DA2 design did, but then, I didn't like the original DA2 elf design, so  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If I can figure out a better way to mass-process all the .mors instead of doing them all one-by-one, I might come back to do the rest of Kirkwall.

I really love this mod, but it ashould be more modular.

If you want to use mods like Big Bad Fenris, there may be conflicts.

This mod would be better if there wouls be a file for each elevn NPC/Companion, so you can pick, what yoiu want. Otherwise it may not work. :(

Don't want a morph, just delete it.  The hairs, tattoos, etc. are all uniquely named and won't conflict with anything.

Ok, what are the files named exactly?

      Fenris' morph is 'em_fenris.mor'.
Morphs always start with a race/gender code (em = elf male) and then (usually) the character name.   Less important or background NPCs will be named by quest, or some generic description.
