Thanks for this. Works great. My very small gripe was the cooldown being 10 seconds. It tends to add up when you're trying to check if any more banters are left before moving on. I changed it to 1 second now and very happy with it. Maybe you'd want that added as an option for others as well.
The Mod installed fine and showed up in the game I was able to buy it however when I put it into my inventory nothing happened. I even tried giving it to other companions but nothing so I don't know what's going on there.
Thank you very much for this mod :) Would it be possible to create something similar for DAI? It would allow people to get the IronDorian and WallJosy romance easier :)
There is already a very nice mod for DAI banter; it's not a button-press but it gives lots of options for time frames between banter (goes as low as 10 - 30 seconds). They even have an add-on for changing the percentage of whether the banter that's triggered is conversation or a regional comment. It's what I've used to trigger those romances you mentioned real quick. (only for Frosty MM) https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonageinquisition/mods/3603?tab=files
Normal banters are disabled in those areas by the game.
It's theoretically possible to manually override the game's settings and then set them back when the rune is used, but I hesitate to do so because it might break something else.
Yay! :-) This mod for DAO is absolutely essential, and I expect this to be the same. :-)
Hmmm. Only thing I wonder... These are loose files. Don't they have to be packed in an .erf to function in DA2? Testing as soon as I can... (Will take some time before I am able to reach a "fresh" Lowtown again).
