      It's strange, he shouldn't be doing this, maybe the combination of my Mod and another one you have is causing a conflict.

      i tested in a new game with only this mod installed and some elves got invisible armor, its no big deal, just some floating heads, i sent some pics

      I've seen your screenshots, thanks for reporting the problem.
      
      After checking the problem comes from the reskin "Beregrand's armor" I unfortunately can not fix this problem, for a reason that escapes me, changing this skin will make invisible the body of some elven guards of the elven camp outside the city.
      
      If this bothers you too much, you can select the other 3 reskins independently of the fourth in the mod download options.
