Does this incorporate bug fixes for talents and spells, like with Haste and Barrier where their durations are shortened by the party's magic resistance?

No. You can, however, follow my patching instructions in the description to make them compatible.

(Tried constructive criticism, was not appreciated)

I don't know how to move positions in the skill tree, so I can't do as you describe with Haste. I also don't plan on adding any chains back, I disagree with the system altogether, even in DAO.

Note that it is incompatible with certain bug fixes, such as Haste Heal bugfix. And I would guess any mod that alters any of the GDA lines this mod alters.

Yes, as I mentioned in the description it's incompatible with any mod that affects any ability on those trees. I also gave instructions on how to make a mod compatible. It's amazing what reading does.

"Constructive criticism". Sure sounded like telling me how to make my mod and not reading the entire half of the description devoted to compatibility.

No, it was not "telling you how to make your mod". At least that's not what I wanted to convey.
"In my opinion" means exactly that - MY opinon. You know, reading works miracles, right?
That does not mean you have to share that opinion. I didn't expect a virtual flogging for expressing my opinion, however, so I will leave you and your in fact excellent mod be.

Yes, let me just read the original post... oh wait.

Also, calling it "constructive criticism" indicates a layer of objectivity by definition. So is it that or an opinion?

You make a mod for a game because you do not like the rules. You envision something else. And then you demand "layers of objectivity" from people who (for the nth time) say "your mod is great, however, if I knew how to do stuff like this, I would have done it slightly different" (because they envision it a little different)?
OK. I'm gone. I hope people like your mod, because it looks great (and seemed when I tested it to do exactly as advertised, though I had to track down some incompatible files in my override - hence my comment on some specific mods that I had to remove. No disrepect was - or is - intended). :-)

I demand nothing (except basic literacy). I'm asking if it's an opinion or constructive criticism.

hence my comment on some specific mods that I had to remove.
The way you framed it, it sounded like you didn't expect incompatibilities to be a thing and were bringing it to the author's attention. I quoted it in my first reply if you want to fact-check.
