unzip and drop the folder of the chosen character into your [...]\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override\ folder.

uninstallation:
just delete the folder of the chosen character from your [...]\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override\ folder.

please remember to install only one head swap at a time.
