I'd really like a version of the Anders "Act One" anders outfit for the second outfit, I really like the concept behind it but I also want him to keep it throughout. No worries if you can't though.
so the mod linked to for the "more traditional DAI Captain's Coat" for Isabela is hidden/deleted :( does anyone have any idea if it can still be obtained somewhere?
When I install the Anders Act 3 (Dark Open) he ends up in his default outfit, I took out the MOTA version but the dark open one doesn't appear on him. Any idea what might be causing this?
I can see Isabela wearing this in Act3 when she becomes more responsible, spoiler: when she brings back what she's stolen, when she's grown, it would be amazing to see that reflected on her more serious looking captain's coat, rather than the skimpy tunic.....

I've been using your Anders outfits and like them a great deal. I really hope you're able to work out the scripting later, that would make this mod even more awesome. I noticed one little thing that I'm putting in the bugs forum, but otherwise great job.
I have a question about installing/using these. Is it just a matter of what one you install when, that determines what he wears? For example, if I installed Anders "MotA" armor at the start of the game, would he be wearing that in Act 1? (I like that is looks the most like was he showed up wearing in Awakening, would make it seem like he took his old robe with him when he left the Wardens.) Then I would take that one out of my override and put in the Act 3 one to have him wear that in Act 3?
And if I wanted to use a different mod's armor (https://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage2/mods/4046) in MotA, could I simply delete yours from the override and put that one in before starting the DLC?
I hope I explained my question clear enough, hopefully none of my confusion spilled over into my wording, lol. I've played Origins modded, but this is my first time playing DA2 on the PC (and therefore with mods), so still figuring out this companion armor mods thing. Thank you :)
Correct on all counts; this is a basic replacer. The names indicate the purpose I have in mind for each of these outfits. At some point, I intend to release a script that will swap between outfits automatically, but I won't do that until all of the outfits are done.
Hey, thank you! That having been said, I'm afraid I'm a little confused by your request. All of these outfits are available as standalone replacers, meaning that whichever one you download will replace the appropriate outfit. (Most of Anders' will only replace his first outfit, but the closed romance one will replace his closed outfits.) Did you mean that you wanted one of those outfits available? If not, I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you for some clarification ^_^;;
Loving this mod! I have a request, though. I absolutely love Isabela's Act 1 Outfit from this mod. Could you make a version that makes wear that exact outfit for romanced Isabela in acts 2 and 3? I'd be really grateful! Either way thanks for creating this <3
As far as I know, simply installing it during Act 2/Act 3 would do the trick; unless you mean wear that outfit and have a little red thing on her that shows the world she's dating Hawke?
Hello! No, I don't care about the red thing, I don't even like it. I installed this during act 1 and it's true she was still using the outfit in act 2, but the moment I slept with her, her outfit changed to her normal, black and white with the red thing, romanced outfit. After reading your comment, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling this mod but her outfit remained as the black and white one. I guess it would need a specific mod that changed her romanced version outfit. Thanks anyway!
That is correct, you would need one that replaces her romance outfit! I didn't make it just because I didn't think anyone would be interested, since there was no special separate romance variant, but I can do that easily enough. I'll try to get on that this weekend.
I have one request- that none of Varric's outfits cover the chest hair. It's crucial to his character. Really.

EDIT: so I'm using the Anders romance armor mod, and I'd rly like to have the functionality of both- that is, Anders moving in with Hawke in Act 2, Anders having an "at-home" outfit. How do I do thing?
EDIT 2: I just noticed something- his romance armors have uneven boots! The bandages on the boots you removed were covering one of the laces, and now his boots are different heights. Oops.

Hrm, these models should be exactly the same as in the Anders Romance armors, which should also offer the at-home outfit seen here. What discrepancy are you seeing? 3. Varric may sadly have to get specifically exempted due to a quirk with his model, but if I ever figure out how to timeskip him, I definitely won't cover his chest hair. It's essential.
