  Malcolm's Honor, from the mage item pack. If you don't have the dlc, Spidercat Honor Tribute on the Nexus has a similar (but way more detailed and special) model, and is super cool and has special effects. I'm glad you like the outfit! (:

  If you use any of the mods that change the Finery into the dress's model, such as http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage2/mods/2308/ or http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage2/mods/2345/? , the texture will show up as such (:
