Just a retexture of a noble dress, using Amell colors. No crest, however.

If you're like me and like to have your female Hawke look noble-like in Act 2 (or any other time, really), you might want to wear one of the noble outfits. My favorite is Noble C, this dress. But the magenta hybrid it was grated on me, along with the super shiny skin, so I went with colors that looked nice and fit with what an Amell might wear. And deshined the skin a little. Specular maps in DA2 confuse me; oh well.
To have your Hawke wear this dress at home, use a finery replacer such as tabsensei's or Sresla's. To have Leandra wear this, use Setiweb's optional file in their Simple Morphs. To wear it at the party in MotA, use Ashara Party Dress! (also has a finery replacer- thank you for mentioning this, Yuanmonos!)
Some nobles around the city might wear it, but if you have a mod that changes what npcs wear and use DA2filecopier to switch between acts you probably won't run into many.
Extract the .erf and drop it in your override, yee.
