    Great idea, but it's a shame this mod reverts the balancing changes introduced by patch 1.03. I've just created my own mod that fixes this which you can find here:

    Hopefully this helps anyone still looking to remove the point requirements but maintain the talent and spell changes

    this mod has the same problem as the other mod that performs the same function; the basic version, which is only meant to remove the point requirements, alters the figures for the ability cleave and it's upgrade claymore versus their 1.04 defaults. the default is +75% damage for the base ability cleave, and +10% stagger chance for it's upgrade claymore. like the other mod, the basic version of this one switches cleave to +100% damage and claymore to +40% chance of stagger.

    The version that modifies the most, No Points In - 0 Sustained Cost - No Sustained VFX - 50 Percent Cooldowns and Heals, didn't fully worked for me, when I installed that version all that worked was the No Points In part of it, the version with everything but the heal cooldown modifier, No Points In - 0 Sustained Cost - No Sustained VFX - 50 Percent Cooldowns, works perfectly. So the problem is either in the heal part or the wrong one was put in that folder
