I'm going to add my thanks to everyone else's. I usually just endorse mods and don't comment, but good god, this mod needed to be made! Have played this game so many times, and every single time I came across these NPCs, I would have to pause and wonder, just wtf!?
Thank you so much for this mod. I have always really, really hated Tarohne's white lipstick.
ETA: I just thought of another NPC who has weird skin: That refugee whom the merchant Cavril cheats during the prologue. I'm guessing BioWare was going for a gaunt, destitute look, but her skin color and lips (again!)) are just weird.
I also don't get why the default preset Carver has kind of old-looking skin. I wish his skin was a bit smoother, because I always feel obligated to use one of the older complexions for male Hawkes to make up the difference. If I want my Hawke to look, you know, mid-20s, Carver, who is only 18 at the beginning, looks older! I can't find a mod that changes only Carver's skin. I don't want his entire face to look different.
Anyway, thanks again for the mods! I started a new game and am enjoying your improvements already.

[edit] I started a new play a bit ago. All but one of these NPCs is in Act 1 so I was able to see them all fairly early on. Seeing the NPCs with more normal faces made me realize how truly distracting they were previously. I think the worst was Tarohne's terrible makeup.

Request: Madam Lusine. I understand she's a brothel keeper, but her make up is awful.
