I really really love this armor but despite all my efforts I still cannot see it on my characters. As others people said, I only see the hood and the rest remains invisible. I have the DLC The Mark of the Assasin and I enable the Console properly since I now have the armor in my inventory. Btw I also tried to delete all the mods but in vain and tried the update provided for the non shinny hood. Whitout any results. Y_Y Has anyone found a solution in order for this armor to work or - I should say - to appear? That would be very nice! Thank you by advance
In a nutshell create the following shortcut "C:/Program Files/Dragon Age II/bin_ship/DragonAge2.exe" -enabledeveloperconsole
So all that is bolded you can left click on the short cut, select properties, and copy/paste that into the target. Be sure to flip the / around to \ (and that's because this site's bbcode keeps turning those into smiley faces.)
Once that is done when you're in the game type ` to put it into console mode (that's the upper left key on the keyboard). You won't be able to see what you type however.
What mod is that person use to make the staff darker?
That was one of Aremeta's personal mods that was never uploaded.
Would you be willing to create an alternate Champion's version, replacing the Kirkwall crest with Amell?
In regards to any of Aremeta's mods s/he isn't around anymore so there won't be any updates to these mods. However if any modder wants to make an update they are welcome to do so.
Btw, the person who has so graciously provided the update to this mod has pointed out there were a few issues with duplicate files that were in the original that may have caused a conflict. So for those of you with the invisible armor issue you may want to see if this update fixed that. Of course since the model works for me there is no way I can test it. I can only confirm that the hoods are no longer shiny.
