Removes healing from Vengeance and adds Spirit Healing to Anders

*Mykel12345 gave me the fix for the icons - they show up perfectly in this version*
*no longer overrides abi_base.gda - only Vengeance talents*
I've created this mod to give Anders the Spirit Healer tree, and the Vengeance tree, but with none of the healing talents from Vengeance. This way, he gets his unique talents, and the better healing.
Note: This will only work if you have not ret recruited Anders.
