Really glad you made this mod. And a good decision that you removed the ff on 2h skills. Fenris always wiped my party away. The Rogue became really powerfull. With brittle and mark of death, you are able to 1hit a Boss through assassination. It's not bad, just thought i should mention it.
This mod is terrific; I play PC games specifically for modders like you.
My only suggestion is to work on Panacea a bit more. I know you halved the sustained cost, but it's still kind of worthless outside of a cost to heal... even if the regen is kept as weak as it is, maybe double or triple the radius? As one person on another forum put it, "you have to hug Anders to even notice the effect."
The other option would be to increase its effect but not radius, but I'm not sure that's the best option.
