Using the Spirit Healer Cleansing version, works absolutely flawlessly for me - such a huge improvement from the vanilla game, makes Hawke feel like an actual versatile and powerful mage (instead of being restricted to only being able to heal others when he was in a "mode). Many thanks.

Well, after 1,5 years, I guess you found it out by yourself it's not compatible, since both mods modify the same spells partially. Sorry I didn't reply earlier, I don't think it helps now, but maybe...
Thank you for this. I had 'issues' with the fact that in order to use Spirit Healer spells my character had to just stand there and do nothing but well, stand there! It made me greatly miss and appreciate the Origins Spirit Healer. I don't know why they would change such a thing to begin with, but I gues....
OK, I think it's possible to make the two mods compatible, but I have to arrange this with the author of the other mod. It could take a little time, I'll keep you up-to-date.
@ marsbars Sorry, it seems not to be compatible together, but you can tell me which version of my mod you want to use. Then I'll try to make a new one compatible with the better mages mod.
This looks promising, i shall try it out thanks. I can't understand why they made it so that you can't cast offensive spells while healing aura is active, this is much needed on hard and nightmare.
