As others have pointed out, as far as I can tell also, this mod does not work. The abilities (upgrades) show up, you can choose them, but they do not do anything as far as I can tell. Defense boost don't increase defense, damage boosts don't increase damage etc.
The issue with this mod, is most likely the same as with many other skill altering mods, that as a general rule, if they were released/last updated BEFORE June 3, 2011, that means they are not utilizing the patch 1.03, which in short means they will not work.
it works fine for me tho as Mage [haven't tried Rogue or Warrior yet, since I usually like to play this game as mage] all effects applied well, even the cooldown... tho if it doesn't satisfy you you can just edit this mod, how much of cooldown/duration/or damage however you want...
Not sure this is working correctly. The extra skill modifications are there to purchase, but the ones that are easy to test show them not working. Take for instance Arcane Shield, purchasing the extra two don't add any extra resistance or reduce the mana reservation at all. Similar with the additional damage from the extra modifiers for fireball, doesn't seem to be doing any extra damage despite putting points into them.
Would have to put a lot more time into testing things properly, but so far not sure things are working correctly.
Thank you! On mage & rogue (or reaver warrior) it makes a lot of sense to prefer empowered FEW abilities to an overdose of weak abilities. Lockdown due to #coronavirus became quite a deadlock on my less virtual plans, so time was there... ;-) First game within which I played a rogue-archer instead of dual blades.
I finally got this working on my most recent PT and that's AWESOME...but it's not compatible with any annoyance-remover that I have found so far. I absolutely LOATHE sustained effects. It's a visual nightmare for me (literally migraine inducing). I know this is an old mod, but any chance of getting a compatible annoyance remover?
