    @hazemyth maybe you should ask bioware to release the hostage (toolset) or we will be forced to call s.w.a.t lol maybe IF they give us it you will see even better mods for da2

    No, its not possible to prevent it from being equipped since its done via scripts, that we have no access to.

    I'm surprised no one has asked this (here or much elsewhere on the web) but does anyone have a solution for the smuggler/mercenary armor at the opening of Act 1?

    It's auto-equipped for the whole of the important scene with Bartrand and Varric and, of course, it looks very silly with the champion gloves and boots. Is there a way to prevent equipping it? Or is there another mod that will skin it to look like champion armor, so that it at least looks continuous?

    A small detail I know but I'm about to replay the game and this always frustrated me. I'd make one myself but I'm Mac-based and can't use the software. :-/

    same for me - all objects have blank grey preview tile. chapion armor is WAY too powerful for lowlevels. I'm not sure that 'leveling up' is working either.

    I started a mage and her champ gear has lvl up, merchant bodah has items and all BUT the icons are a block ( grey colour)(yes I have all the files even optionals ones)
    Now I started a rogue, her champ gear doesn't lvl up and Bodah do not have any item in act 1.. is so wierd, maybe I got a mod conflicting but, why it appears on my mage and not rogue? The started daggers are named as isabella dagger yet are white and do 5 damage... help please.


    Feregorn: no, you won't get it, need the dlc it was free wasn't? i got it free with the game. Any way The staff are not that OP any from sunnies mod will do the job

    Tnt mod has a very nice frost staff very Op at lvl 14 do like 40 frost or something crazy like that, might want to check?

    Steamroller77 sunnies starting gear uses isabela daggers, the Chamions daggers are in the merchant bodah act1, in act3 Zev g1ve to you one, a weapon merchant in the gallow has a very similar one as well, is called something "spider"
    You need to be in act 3 to get both daggers.

    I have a problem:

    If I start a game as a villain, then I have Isabella's daggers and not those of the Chapions. Is this normal? Or am I doing something wrong?

    So I read that the Staff of Parthalan is included in this mod for the mage class. If I haven't downloaded the specific DLC will the staff appear normally or not?

    Yes, there is a 1h warrior sword also, checking... Marcher longsword, so keep sunnie_mrchr_longswd.erf also (part of pack 7).

    These are all replacement mods, not stand alone items, so yes it's still Wesley's true shield.

    I only want the items you start out with in the "starting champion gear" mod evolving, and everything else as their default. (weapons + armour)

    I have isolated it to this:

    sunnie_start_champ.erf (the mod)
    sunnie_champ.erf (the armour)

    Mage:
    ParthEvol.erf

    Rogue:
    sunnie_isa_daggersv101.erf
    sunnie_heav_answer.erf

    Warrior:
    sunnie_vilgilance.erf
    sunnie_amell_shield.erf

    Am I missing anything? Is there a one-handed sword you include with the warrior or just the shield?

    AND ONE MORE QUESTION ---

    If I use sunnie_aveline_weap for the evolving Westly's Shield, will the game recgonize it as the true Westly's Shield or is it just a new separate item --- (for the dialogue purposes, so Aveline doesn't say I sold it later in game)

    I want to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH for these mods. I love them so very much, you are a GENIUS

    i don't know if this is a bug but
    the champion helmet is in the "Other" catagory in the inventory and can't be equiped just junked.

    Edit: nvm it's conflicting with another mod.
