The younger skins are located in packages\core\data\artfp.erf. You want art\characters\playercharacter\shared\heads\textures\mt_hed_fema_0d.dds and 0n.dds for the youngest skin.
I would really like a young skin version of the lip scar.
Could it also be possible to make them into tattoos? I use the darkspawn tainted skin (like wesley has at the start of the game) on my characters a lot, or maybe to put an eye scar on that skin.

I really appreciate this file, but could you perhaps base the scars on the younger (number 1) complexion instead, seeing as now you appearently have to be at least 35-40 years old to have a scar.
