      it turns out that it looks to work and shown better in female Hawke more than default male Hawke
      
      it required me to create New folder and name it patch
      
      then put just one choosen .erf file inside the patch folder then move this folder in the following direction
      C:\Users\"username"\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override
      
      anyway thank you hope you improve the male part a bit since the down tint completely not shown in default male Hawke, unlike it shown in female Hawke

   A dont exactly know what this mod do, I dont see any diffrence........ Well propably i am blind, but I dont see the reson fors this mod, esspecialy when DA2 have nice eyes........hmmmmmmmmmm...............

      just because you don't see a reason for a mod doesn't mean you should comment. nobody cares what one person thinks when so many have praised the mod.

   I always did wonder why the non-default FemHawkes seemed to lack eye lashes, so thank you so much for this "fix". Endorsement added!

    I installed this mod after Chargen Revamp(http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2145), and several of the tattoos became very buggy, making the face all black or whatever the color was set to.
