Most impressive work. The playable char spoke as if it is original char, in the cutscenes the lips pronounced the actual words of the conversation. The body movement is normal, with the usual gestures of the human char. No clipping, no losing detail, no defects. Such visual change of warrior and mage is quite worth for me to replay the game twice more. I`m sick to death of only human playable chars for a game with so much more interesting race as Qunari, and I really enjoy this mod a lot. Many thanks. I`m not so far in the new game I started with warrior/Arishok but I hope to keep those appearance for the whole game.
This mod doesn't work, but to those who really want to play as Qunari here are the scripts for the console.
This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the KeyBindings.ini file in the Users[your name]DocumentsBioWareDragon Age 2Settings directory. Change the OpenConsole_0= line to OpenConsole_0=Keyboard::Button_`. Next, Right-click on the da2.exe file that is used to launch the game. Click on Properties, and then add the -enabledeveloperconsole command line to end of the Target field. Make sure there is a space between the last quotation mark in the Target field and the added command line. While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window. Then, type one of the following codes and press [Enter] to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: The console window and typed codes will not appear onscreen. For the Steam version of the game, Right-click the Dragon Age 2 option, and select Properties under the My Games Steam tab. In the General tab, select Set Launch Options, enter -enabledeveloperconsole in that field, and accept it. While playing the game, press ~ to display the console window. Then, type one of the following codes and press [Enter] to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: The console window and typed codes will not appear onscreen.

I followed your instructions and everything worked perfectly well until I reached Act 2 and entered the Hawke estate, there my ArishokHawke turned into a human again and stays that way, even when I leave the house. Is there a trick to avoid that or will I have to edit one of my savegames? Since I am an idiot when it comes to modding (I am only good at editing the chargenmorphcfg file manually, using the console or dropping ERF-files into the override folder ">) , I am not too keen on messing around with my savegame files...
