Yeah I'm not sure why your carver face isn't overwriting. There are only two files in my override directory, one for anders (from another modder) and one for carver (from you). The one from anders works perfect, but for carver simply the face I started with. Do I have to start a new game? Or does yours only work with certain presets maybe?
cris_lemeni: He may not realize it but could already be running another face override for that character...unless the erf has been installed to the wrong directory since 200 other people are running it with out other similar comments.
scorpiovaeden: I would be 100% sure you have the CORRECT face file in the proper directory which is "Crogram FilesDragon Age 2packagescoreOverride" by default. Subfolders were fine in DAO, but I am not sure if it's ok in DA2.If you are sure you have the file installed correctly then run a search function or manually scan that folder for any file/s containing that character name. Remove any duplicate charactername.erf files... if there are any.
I am thinking DA2 is going to be similar to DAO, however, I am brand new to this game and haven't been modding it, so this is my "best guess."
