Yeah I'm having the same problem as everyone else, won't work no matter what I do. If it really is only for the default hawke, could you make it work for the others too?
I too have been having a problem getting the mod to work, and yours are the only Bethany and Carver .mor files in my override folder. BTW, I've tried both the Fiery Red & the Auburn.
I can't seem to get this mod to work. I haven't tried clearing out all my other mods yet, but I figure something is conflicting with yours. I'm not using more than one of your files at a time, and I have LOTC's tints as well. But all my hawke family has black hair.
Okay after removing all mods and only having a fresh install for LOTC's hair tints, and only your fieryred hawke's file, I get NO heads on any of my family. So it's not conflicting with other mods (no other mods were installed when I tried this playthrough).
I too tried the Ginger version and it doesn't work.
It makes me said that my Hawke appears to be the red-headed step child of the family.
Edit: Did you perhaps make it so it only works with DEFAULT Hawke? If that's the case it would explain the problem we are having. I was trying to get short-haired Bethany with this mod ontop by making sure my Hawke had the right stats to cause her to change. I got Short-Haired Bethany but she had black eyes with black hair rather than green eyes with red hair.
