    I love this and it worked. Since we can only choose one chest and glove type, I picked Chest A, Glove B since the large, face-concealing pauldrons are the most annoying thing to me on humans and elves. However, it twists and warps all qunari bodies (including Sten's) when he wears massive armor. Is there any way to designate Chest D specifically for Sten so that we can choose the other chest types in additional (or not) the chest mesh for Sten? Please let me know if there's a workaround since there's no other mod that really fixes the shoulders and overall torso proportion as well as your mod.

      I just figured it out. I duplicated the chest and glove files before deleting the qm__ in the line of codes (sorry, don't know the lingo well) so that chest and glove mesh won't affect and warp qunari male models. The pauldrons on the human and elf torso and hands are perfect!!! Haven't gotten my dwarf in massive armor yet so will see. Thank you again for this awesome mod!

      So, I'm personally intending to use this mod on my next DA:O playthrough, and that issue seems bad, so if you're better with the lingo now, could you maybe give a more detailed explanation for how you fixed it?

      Its been 11 years since I made this so I could be misremembering but you should be able to pick variant types by race by just mixing and matching the files by race.  I don't recall there being an issue with Qunari since I basically matched the bone weighting by vertex to whatever it was set on the opposite bone for the variants.  It may be that the distortion was in the initial bone on the previous side.

      It might be incompatibility problem with tmp7704 qunari update mod, IIRC he modified qunari's mesh. I have that mod installed and currently having the same problem as him, my Sten gets warped when wearing massive armor (Cailan's armor from ostagar).

      Sorry for the long response time as you can imagine I do not check this often.  I would guess it is due to that persons mesh updates.  I recall at the time I QA'ed every Race/Combo of these files to make sure there were no issues.

      The solution for this is to delete the files from this mod that start with "qm_" so you can use Qunari update's meshes instead.

    Hello modder, if you are still here, i'm using glove variant B (the small one) but it only change my left hand glove whereas my right hand glove still using the default bigger one. Is this a mesh bug?

    Ok, some one want to tell me the difference between A and B? I can't see a noticeable difference.

      @zzschiffer: Look at the elbo's. There are two variants in the elbo guards in the default armor.
