When playing Witch Hunt, do you ever feel annoyed by those traps and chests if you don't play as a Rogue? I know I do. Out of all campaigns DAO offers, WH is the only DLC that doesn't offer player a Rogue companion. This is as Bioware intended, but I offer a solution to this that is as close to vanilla as possible.
Ariane in general is an oddly designed companion. She has two swords and a bow and feels more like a Rogue than a Warrior. Her vanilla specialization is also Champion, which I think is an interesting choice.
What this mod does is change Ariane to Rogue. So her items still make sense to her, but your Warden Mage/Warrior won't be bamboozled by those traps and locks anymore! Her new first specialization is now Duelist and she also gets one extra specialization point she doesn't get in vanilla. Finn also receives an extra specialization point.
If you want the additional rogue specializations seen in the third image, both are from Symonius.
Installation
Drop into Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/packages/core/override. This only works if you install this before meeting Ariane. Don't like it? You can remove it from your override, but it won't change Ariane to warrior on your WH save that had this mod installed.
Compatibility
Conflicts with files that alter Ariane's skills. To my knowledge, no other mod does this. Equipment changes in .uti -file and new morphs in .mor-file are fine and all compatible.
