Safe to use
This is a custom outfit I made a while ago for an elf female. It has dalish/city elf clothing motifs but no dalish logos, so it should fit with any elf character concept you have.
By default it comes in green and can't be dyed, but as an optional file I have added a set of alternate textures to be used with Universal Dye Kit.
If you want to adjust the stats I would look into utilities like The Winter Forge.

How to install
Unzip and place folder into your My Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\packages\core\override folder.
You can command console it into your inventory with runscript css_get_foresttunic
Alternately, you can purchase it from Bohdahn. However, it will only be placed in his inventory after the 'archdemon dream' scene, because the game considers that version of the camp as a seperate area.
If you are using the optional UDK textures, then drag and drop the .dds files to overwrite the original .dds in the texture folder. By default the outfit will be grey, but you should then be able to dye it any colour.
