A few rings that give class-restricted abilities to other classes.

I initially just wanted to giggle at my non-rogue followers going into stealth. (they all have dialog for it. You're welcome.) Then I figured it'd only be fair to make a ring for the other classes, too.
This mod adds three class-restricted rings that each confer an ability while worn: the rogue ring gives non-rogues Stealth, the mage ring gives non-mages Miasma, and the warrior ring gives non-warriors Rally/Motivate.
(the mage and warrior choices might seem a bit odd, but I was limited to weapon-independent abilities that also aren't dependent on other abilities. I might add more rings with other abilities later)
Activation/fatigue/upkeep costs still apply.
Each ring can be found at a different merchant.
I didn't add/alter any ability scripts or GDA lines, so any changes to these abilities from other mods should still take effect. Optional compatibility files for Dain's Fixes included.
