doesnt work- when running wrapper.bat game does not start. . aslo can you be more specific in instructions what do we need to chenge in dgVoodooCpl and if change resolution to 1920 DAOriginsConfig and 1920 in dgVoodooCpl wouldn't tehn game just run in 1920 ?
You do not need the wrapper.bat at all (I deleted it). It did not work for me (at least with GOG DAO Ultimate edition I have). You will run the game from the same shortcut for "DAOrigins.exe" you used before (or create a new one if you prefer).
I uploaded a guide in pdf with screenshots here in Miscellaneous files.
Good luck! Let me know if you still have problem with it.
It works. You wrote this manual far better then it is written in 99% of payed apps manuals. thank you for that very much. Do you leave anti aliasing off and use reshade for that if i may ask ?
Hi. Nice idea. I had some problems however with Windows 10 and Nvidia GTX 1060: - Bugs in rendering terrain, mostly notable where you are in camp. - Mouse lag and annoying mouse pointer splitting when pointing at objects and creatures.
EDIT: Nailed them! Here is the solution: 1) DAO is a DirectX9 game running at 32 bits. You only need the driver "D3D9.dll" under MS/x86 of dgVoodoo. You can delete the other .dll. 2) You need to force DirectX9 at launch. Otherwise, you have weird rendering here and there, such as black borders in the static texture of terrain etc. due to rendering from dgVoodoo (emulating DirectX10/11 by default). Add -force-d3d9 in the target of the DAOrigins shortcut used for starting the game. See the picture uploaded in user images of this mod. I use the command together with -enabledeveloperconsole to enable the console in game. 3) You need to force cursor hook from dgVoodoo. To do this you have to open the Extra setting windows in dgVoodoo by right clicking on the dgVoodoo banner in the dgVoodoo application (see here) and then flag the option on Cursor. See the picture I uploaded in user images of this mod. 4) To reduce mouse lag, turn on "Fast video memory access" option in DirectX menu of dgVoodoo. Hope this helps!

Do you know of any Anti-Aliasing Reshade for Full HD (1080p)?
Any better options than the game's default?
