Just replace the APR_Base.gda from Creature Armor (with body decay) with the one from this mod
HollownessDevoured created a great mod that improves immersion significantly, with their permission, I've edited APR_Based.GDA to be compatible with RL's Mabari Madness (otherwise, Dog's textures will behave strangely).
